Responsibilities:
* Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnership activities.
* Manage marketing operations including coupon codes, benefits, and campaign-related assets.
* Coordinate and execute strategic marketing collaborations and partner campaigns end-to-end.
* Help execute campaigns with technical setup, segmentation, and reporting support.
* Analyze performance metrics across web, app, email, partnerships, and events.
* Build reports and support decision-making using Excel, Mixpanel, Braze, and additional marketing tools.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI tools.
Advantages:
* Background in an advertising agency.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, or similar marketing platforms.
* Exposure to Marketing Automation tools and customer journey workflows.
* Hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, or marketing processes.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
* Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Advertising, or a related field (outstanding graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
* High ownership, motivation, and willingness to learn.
* Curiosity and passion for AI tools and new technologies – Must
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
