Relations Specialist to oversee and lead international logistics processes while maintaining and developing relationships with clients and suppliers in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities:
-Managing all import and export processes, including working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.
– Tracking orders and shipments, handling customs clearance procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
– Negotiating with suppliers and service providers to improve terms and costs.
– Managing relationships with international clients and suppliers, providing professional support and service.
– Managing collection.
– Collaborating with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, sales, and finance.
– Handling documents, permits, and certifications related to import and export.
– Resolving real-time issues and improving processes for operational efficiency.
– At least 6 years of experience in import, export, and customer relations management
– mandatory.
– Knowledge of international trade laws, customs procedures, shipping, and logistics mandatory.
– Full proficiency in English (written and spoken) – mandatory; additional languages –
an advantage.
– Experience working with ERP systems and logistics management software – a significant advantage.
– Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Strong multitasking abilities and capability to meet deadlines.
– Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal abilities, and teamwork.
