We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to maintain and enhance our companys IT services and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations while supporting business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Provide IT support, training, and onboarding assistance to new employees, including workstation setup, account provisioning, and ongoing technical guidance as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT equipment, systems, and network connectivity to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted business operations. Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline IT processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual workloads. Configure, manage, and maintain core IT infrastructure solutions, including Identity Providers (IdP), Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, Google Workspace, and related enterprise systems. Collaborate closely with the security team to implement and maintain IT security solutions, enforce best practices, and support company-wide security initiatives. Coordinate with external IT vendors to procure, maintain, and optimize technology products and services.

Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments.
Good understanding of Workflow Automation and scripting experience.
Practical experience with Google Workspace or equivalent
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
Critical thinker
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal Communication in Hebrew and English
