The IT Director will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure platforms, and vendor relationships while working closely with Cyber Security, DevOps, and Business Applications teams.
What you will do?
Lead and manage global IT operations across the companys sites in Israel and Manhattan.
Manage the IT support (Helpdesk) and infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
Oversee the performance, availability, and security of corporate IT systems, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
Define and monitor SLAs and operational KPIs to ensure consistent and reliable IT services across locations.
Drive continuous improvement of IT processes including onboarding, offboarding, asset management, and incident management.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex or critical IT operational issues.
Collaborate closely with Cyber Security, DevOps, and Business Applications teams to ensure secure and efficient technology services.
Manage IT vendors, service providers, and procurement processes.
Plan and manage IT operational budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
Mentor and develop IT team members while fostering a strong service-oriented culture.
5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and enterprise systems environments.
5+ years of experience leading IT support or IT service delivery teams.
Proven experience managing IT operations across multiple sites or global environments.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud platforms, identity management, endpoint management, networking, and collaboration tools.
Experience working with security frameworks and collaborating with cyber security teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
