The GNC Team Lead will oversee a small, high‑impact group responsible for developing and validating advanced Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) algorithms within our companys defense‑technology product line. Experience with CI/CD workflows for simulation and algorithm testing.
Knowledge of reliability, safety, or certification considerations in defense systems.
Leadership experience: mentoring, technical ownership, guiding small project teams.
Deep understanding of dynamic systems, control theory, and state estimation.
Experience integrating algorithms into real-world systems and working in fast-paced development environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
