You will play a pivotal role in shaping our products future, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our clients. Youll continuously discover customer needs, experiment with new features, dive deep into data, extract meaningful insights, and translate these into powerful features and improvements. In addition, youll provide the GenAI product leadership and infrastructure that will enable our company to layer conversational and text-based capabilities into our solution.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from uncovering and discovering customer needs, through product experimentation, definition and launch, to post-launch optimization.
Own the product definition and delivery of our companys GenAI interaction layer – chat-based and text-based experiences tightly linked to our company data, KPIs, and personas.
Build the product foundations for GenAI (infrastructure, interaction flows, evaluation frameworks) to enable the entire product team to integrate GenAI capabilities into their areas.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact product initiatives, including GenAI-powered features.
Develop and own evaluation frameworks for GenAI experiences (accuracy, reliability, hallucination tolerance, and product-specific quality metrics).
Engage directly with customers for continuous discovery, validating the usability, value, and adoption of GenAI-powered features.
Act as the internal GenAI product champion, educating and enabling the broader product team to leverage GenAI responsibly and effectively.
Drive product strategy and vision, backed by a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and evolving role of GenAI in enterprise solutions.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a product management role, ideally within a B2B startup environment.
Proven track record of shipping GenAI-powered features in production (chatbots, assistants, LLM-powered applications, or interaction layers).
Hands-on experience with the GenAI product development lifecycle: data integration, prompt design, user interaction flows, deployment, and iteration.
Strong knowledge of GenAI evaluation techniques (custom evals, quality testing, metrics design, hallucination/error detection).
Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation, data pipelines, model integration, and fine-tuning – from a product perspective.
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in handling data and utilizing it to make informed decisions.
High agency, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively under uncertainty.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed.
Excellent customer-facing presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
