We are looking for a Director of Global Sales to lead international business development and sales activities across NATO member states, with a focus on our Land and Air Systems. The role involves managing complex defense sales cycles, building long-term strategic relationships, and expanding our companys presence within NATO markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales activities for our company Land and Air Systems across NATO countries
Identify and develop opportunities with Ministries of Defense, armed forces, integrators, OEMs, and platform vendors
Manage executive-level, consultative sales cycles including tenders, demonstrations, and trials
Build and maintain strategic partnerships in target markets
Represent our company at international exhibitions, demonstrations, and senior-level meetings.

Requirements:
5+ years of international defense sales experience within NATO countries
Proven track record closing deals with military end-users, MoDs, or defense contractors/integrators
Strong network within the defense ecosystem across NATO markets
Deep understanding of defense procurement processes, standards, tenders, and sales cycles
Ability to work with complex technical products while building strategic relationships
Full fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally (~40%)
Nice to Have
Military background or experience with a defense systems integrator
Experience with tactical command systems
Technical aptitude and ability to conduct high-level demos and discussions.
