Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and lead the DevEx and Test Infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of mentorship and high-quality delivery.
Infrastructure Strategy: Define the long-term vision for R&D testing architecture, shared infrastructure, and CI visibility.
CI/CD Optimization: Design and implement high-scale CI/CD workflows, automated staging, and local development environments to reduce build times and costs.
Cloud & Architecture: Maintain and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS (moving toward GCP) while ensuring security and integration across all application layers.
Management Experience: 2+ years of direct experience managing engineering teams within a high-growth R&D environment.
Cloud Proficiency: 5+ years of experience managing AWS environments, including containerization (Docker) and Linux services.
Technical Foundations: Professional development background in Python, GoLang, Ruby, or JavaScript.
Testing Expertise: Proven experience implementing high-scale test architectures using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
