We are looking for an experienced Data Solutions Lead to combine technical expertise, solution architecture, customer consulting, and hands-on delivery across complex data projects. What you'll do
* Lead solution architecture and design for enterprise Data & AI initiatives.
* Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) and stay hands-on with Python, SQL, and modern data platforms.
* Support presales activities, technical discovery, and technology selection.
* Guide customers through complex technical challenges and recommend best-fit solutions.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of advanced data projects while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

* Experience with Real-Time Analytics
* Customer-facing experience, including technical consulting or presales.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
