* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
* Strong written and verbal skills for clearly articulating project needs and for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
* Methodical with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
* Experience in optimizing workflows and creating automation solutions using Python or similar languages.
* Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning concepts is a plus.
* Experience with image data and annotations is advantageous.
