We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our customers throughout their journey with us, from onboarding to ongoing success and growth.
What youll do:
Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Support onboarding and implementation processes
Guide customers in using the platform effectively
Monitor customer usage and identify growth opportunities
Work closely with Product, Support, and Sales teams
Handle customer feedback and improve customer experience
Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Help customers maximize the value they get from the platform.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering- Must!
1 -3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support in a SaaS company
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of service orientation and customer-centric mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent Hebrew and English
Hybrid availability for our Tel Aviv office.
