Job Description
As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager, you'll take full ownership of our web pages and digital funnels, driving the transformation of website traffic into engaged customers. You'll identify friction points, run high-impact A/B tests, and use advanced AI tools to execute faster and smarter.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Own and significantly scale conversion rates, continuously elevating the user journey across all of our landing pages.
Leverage advanced AI tools to generate copy variations, analyze massive datasets, and write custom scripts for A/B test setups
Design, build, and manage a continuous pipeline of A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user journeys
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify drop-offs, user friction, and areas for high-impact growth
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure messaging is compelling and layouts meet modern UI/UX best practices
Present testing results, learnings, and actionable insights to stakeholders.

3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Marketing, or a heavily data-driven digital marketing role
Exceptional analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and personalization tools
Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering to scale output and generate high-converting copy
Deep understanding of digital marketing, consumer psychology, and crafting messaging that drives action
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage tests from ideation to deployment.
