This is a cross-functional role responsible for building, managing, and executing content, systems, and operational processes for the Engineering team and the company overall. The role focuses on enabling engineers through tools, workflows, and content, while also owning the creation and management of the companys technical, marketing, and sales materials. This position is a maternity leave replacement, with a strong option to remain with the company afterward. Key Responsibilities Engineering Enablement & Operations Own and manage the day-to-day operation of Engineering systems and tools (Monday, Mailchimp, Adobe) Build and maintain boards, templates, and automations to support engineering workflows Lead onboarding, system setup, and ongoing troubleshooting for engineers Serve as the central point of coordination between Engineering and Sales, Marketing, BD, IT, and Management Identify, address, and drive resolution of operational blockers, delays, and red flags" Design and execute engineering engagement initiatives, including newsletters, webinars, WhatsApp communities, and email flows Own engineering data management, including updates, cleaning, segmentation, and engagement tracking Company Content & Knowledge Own the creation, maintenance, and improvement of company content across technical, marketing, and sales domains Create and update core materials such as one-pagers, presentations, case studies, technical documents, and guides Work closely with Sales to create, improve, and deliver sales-enablement materials Manage Knowledge Management systems ( SharePoint, OneDrive), including structure, content, and access Create and maintain internal training materials and documentation
