we are looking for a Commercial Lead.
What Youll Own:
Commercial Strategy & Plan: Design and execute BRAIN.Qs global commercial roadmap, starting with a premium, out-of-pocket (OOP) model across Israel, the U.S., and EMEA.
Build the foundation for direct patient access through concierge medicine and private neuro clinics.
Pipeline Growth & Market Traction: Develop a scalable lead generation and conversion system for both patients and providers. Own the commercial pipeline, driving measurable revenue traction and early market validation.
Access & Provider Network: Expand patient access through partnerships with rehabilitation centers, neurology practices, HBOT and TMS clinics, and premium concierge networks. Develop relationships with early-adopting clinics and build strong clinical champion programs.
Marketing & Value Story: Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs to translate clinical evidence into a premium, patient-centered value proposition. Ensure all materials and communications comply with FDA and MDR standards.
Customer Success & Economics: Oversee implementation, onboarding, and support programs to ensure high satisfaction and measurable outcomes. Track unit economics, therapy utilization, and adherence to optimize the model for scalability and reimbursement readiness.

10+ years of commercial or business leadership in healthtech or medtech.
Proven experience building and scaling premium, out-of-pocket (OOP) commercial models.
Track record leading multi-country teams and strategic partnerships.
Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPICED).
Deep familiarity with concierge medicine and neuro-rehabilitation ecosystems.
