Impact and Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with existing and potential partners and clients.
* Own the full business development cycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
* Lead complex commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.
* Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to align go-to-market strategies.
* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in AdTech.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
* Track performance, manage pipelines, and report on progress against targets.
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales. Strong background in AdTech business development & monetization (mandatory)
* Proven ability to plan & build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
* Highly verbal, confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Sales-driven mindset with operative capabilities & strategic thinking capabilities.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and structure a holistic business plan in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English is required (additional languages are a plus).
