We are seeking a dynamic Hands-On Business Application Manager to lead Management Information Systems (MIS). This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with deep expertise in MIS project management. You will work cross-functionally to optimize business intelligence, automated marketing campaigns and information systems performance while ensuring seamless system integration and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Project & Resource Management: Oversee the development and delivery of MIS projects, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with business goals. Backlog & Prioritization: Own and manage the MIS requirements backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize based on impact. System Innovation & Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and recommend system upgrades to improve overall performance. KPI Monitoring: Track and measure regional KPIs to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to streamline marketing operations and improve digital performance.
