We are looking for a Bookkeeper & Payroll Controller to join our Finance team and take full ownership of the companys end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll operations, managing the books of both the Israeli entity and the US Inc. entity.
This is a hands-on finance role, responsible for accurate accounting operations, payroll processing, tax reporting, and month-end closing activities in a fast-paced global cybersecurity company. The role sits within finance function and plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with Israeli and US regulations, and smooth operational execution as the company continues to scale internationally.

Requirements:
Certified Bookkeeper (Type 3) and Certified Payroll Controller – Mandatory.
5+ years of bookkeeping and payroll accounting experience, ideally in a tech company or startup environment.
Experience with the Hilan payroll system (or similar, such as Michpal).
Hands on experience with NetSuite – Strong Advantage.
Strong experience with multi-currency accounting systems.
Experience managing the books of multiple entities, including a US entity – Strong Advantage.
Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis – Strong Advantage.
Deep expertise in Israeli Labor Laws, income tax, and social security regulations.
Strong English (written and verbal) and native-level Hebrew.
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive/confidential data, and a service-oriented mindset.
A self-sufficient professional who excels at working independently, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively across different departments.
A proactive 'can-do' approach with a genuine passion for the profession.
