– Own and manage the BIM Execution Plan for Metro Line M2, ensuring alignment with NTA requirements and ISO 19650.
– Define and govern BIM strategy, standards, and workflows across all disciplines and contractors.
– Ensure BIM compliance, Quality Assurance, information delivery, and effective use of the Common data Environment (ACC).
– Act as the primary BIM interface with NTA, cross-line teams (M1/M3), and senior project stakeholders.
– Oversee model federation, integration reviews, and digital strategy including iTwin and digital twin readiness.
– Lead and develop the BIM delivery team, providing governance, guidance, and capability development.
