We are looking for a Mid-Level BI Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating business needs into data-driven insights.
This role involves end-to-end ownership – from understanding business requirements, through data extraction and modeling, to building dashboards in Power BI.
Requirements
– 3-5 years of experience in BI / Data Analyst roles
– At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI
– Strong proficiency in SQL Server:
– Complex queries (JOINs, CTEs, Window Functions)
– Proven experience with Power BI, including:
– Strong DAX skills (complex calculations, time intelligence, business metrics)
– Data modeling experience (Star Schema, relationships, etc.)
– End-to-end dashboard development
– Experience working with business stakeholders
– Ability to translate business needs into data solutions
Advantages

– Analyze data and deliver actionable business insights
– Define and build KPIs and business metrics
