Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and approach relevant employers, companies, and corporate entities
Manage end-to-end sales meetings (both phone-based and in-person)
Present our solution as an operational standard for employers and their workforce
Close commercial agreements and lead initial client onboarding
Develop long-term customer relationships, while promoting retention and loyalty
Identify client needs and opportunities to expand activity within existing accounts
Drive product adoption, share best practices, and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success.
Keeping track of sales metrics and targets.
It is a field position that requires travel throughout the country.

At least 3 years of experience in a Field Sales position.
Experience working with companies, corporates, organizations and employers.
Experience in managing and owning the full sale cycle from lead to close.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
High level of technological and digital products understanding.
Strong English proficiency (experience with international stakeholders is a plus).
