The CDO Division of a leading financial organization is looking for a Delivery Project Manager to join the core team responsible for building the organizations AI capabilities. This is a hands-on role combining PMO and classic project management with strong execution ownership of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions The role is ideal for highly execution-oriented professionals with a strong technological mindset, who are motivated to turn strategy into real-world AI solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of the connection between data quality and data governance and the ability to deliver reliable, accurate, and responsible AI solutions Key Responsibilities End-to-end project management: Planning, scheduling, dependency management, risk management, and ongoing tracking of project progress Delivery leadership & implementation: Bridging business needs with technological solutions, ensuring decisions are implemented and projects deliver tangible value Building operational foundations: Supporting the setup of workflows, methodologies, and cross-functional operational processes Matrix collaboration: Coordinating across business units, technology teams, information security, and external vendors Removing blockers: Proactively identifying and resolving obstacles that may delay project execution Governance & ethics: Ensuring AI projects comply with organizational standards related to data quality, privacy, and responsible data usage
Requirements:
Professional experience: 2+ years of experience in project management (PMO / Project Manager), preferably in a technological environment – mandatory Strong execution skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail – mandatory AI affinity: Genuine interest and familiarity with the AI domain, with an emphasis on Generative AI Technological orientation: Ability to understand technological concepts and translate them into project-level implications (development experience not required, but strong tech orientation is essential) – mandatory Professional deliverables: Ability to create high-quality presentations, requirement documents, and process documentation – mandatory Financial domain knowledge: Familiarity with the banking or financial sector – advantage Implementation & training: Previous experience in system implementation and organizational training – advantage
