What You'll Do
Build the partnerships program with research, reaching out, closing deals, and monitoring partners activity for Asian channels on social media (both Western and local). You will regularly analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase partnership-generated revenues.
Among other responsibilities, you will:
Initiate primary reach out with financial publishers, comparison engine partners, and influencers
Build the relationship and function as the main POC for our partners
Communicate and monitor brand guidelines in various channels
Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns in order to acquire the target ROI for all marketing campaigns
Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for revenue growth
Initiate and plan campaigns tailored for the Asian market
Hybrid work model, with one in-office day per week at our Ra'anana office
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese – Must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – Must
2-4 years of experience in affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, or performance-based marketing
Social media savvy for both Western and Asian social media platforms
Experience managing affiliate programs through platforms like Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or Everflow
Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Financial background – An advantage
