Job Description
As Acquisition Media Manager for DeviantArt in Tel Aviv, you'll play a key role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive high-value user acquisitions for our subscription-based platform. You'll collaborate with a passionate team to create impactful campaigns that resonate with the artist community.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Manage full-funnel paid campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, X, Meta, and Google Display
Focus on driving high-value user acquisitions for adoption of creator monetization tools
Partner with our in-house design team to brief, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives
Partner with our development team to plan campaign infrastructure and tracking implementation
Monitor KPIs daily, turning raw data into actionable insights and weekly performance reports
Report on campaign performance, summarizing key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations. Regularly present these to the CRO and leadership team.

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media for a global SaaS platform or creator-focused platform (e.g., Patreon, DeviantArt, Substack)
Proven track record of scaling accounts on TikTok Ads Manager, Google/YouTube Ads, and X Ads
Strong focus on business outcomes, with a track record of driving growth with a proactive approach
Expertise in data analysis, proficiency in A/B testing and optimization methodologies, and tools like Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics
Ability to explain complex media buying strategies to non-marketing experts
Willingness to work remotely with teams in multiple time zones around the world.
