A global company is looking for Accounting Operation Analyst

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting
Assist with the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.Support regulatory and management reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls.
Collaborate with auditors by providing required ation and resolving audit queries.
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed for internal stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures ation.
Monitor accounting developments and assess their impact on financial reporting.
Month end close reconciliation sub to main ledger
