A Human Resources Operations Specialist plays a critical role in managing various HR functions within an organization. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks related to HR processes, compliance, and administrative support
Key Accountabilities:
Supporting and working closely with the unit’s HRBP, supporting employees life cycle events (onboarding , maternity leave, internal mobility, offboarding)
Provide tier 1 contact center service to Playtika employees , managers and HR teams on HR policies, procedures, benefits and related issues.
Implement HR policies , processes and activities: stays up to date on the legal and professional issues impacting the domain in order to improve and update the relevant activities.
Take part in different HR initiatives & projects including engagement, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management etc.
Partner with various Functions (i.e Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance etc.) in order to ensure successful support of the business units.
Support & promotes an enjoyable and exciting workplace to retain employees.
Responsible for managing accurate employees record and data integrity.
Generate and analyze HR reports for management decision-making and compliance purposes.
