We are looking for an exceptional Product Leader to define and lead the product strategy for Core AI Platform-the AI operating layer enabling trusted, scalable AI across Product, Engineering, and Business.
This is one of the company's most strategic product leadership roles. Partnering closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Business, you will define the platform strategy, lead the first generation of AI-native solutions, and establish reusable patterns that accelerate AI adoption across the company.
You will also shape how leverages the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem-making strategic build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions to combine differentiated internal capabilities with best-in-class external technologies into a trusted, enterprise-grade AI platform.

Requirements:
Experience
10+ years of Product Management experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale platform products (AI, dev infra, or enterprise), including product strategy in highly technical environments.
Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, MCPs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, and AI platform architectures.
Experience partnering closely, including hands on, with Engineering, Data, Infra, Security & Architecture orgs
Demonstrated success driving adoption of platform capabilities and organizational change across complex, cross-functional organizations.
Leadership:
A product leader who sets multi-year platform direction and delivers against it.
A systems thinker who connects technology, product, and business strategy.
Able to influence senior stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations without direct authority and in ambiguous situations,
Focused on building platforms and reusable capabilities rather than point solutions.
