* Experience in leading cross-organizational projects.
* Experience working with internal clients and senior business stakeholders.
* Experience in analyzing and defining business processes.
* Broad systemic view and ability to lead processes.
* Excellent interpersonal communication.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
