Managing logistic processes in European warehouses
Prepare and verify invoices, ensuring alignment with orders and contractual terms
Monitor and prioritize daily tasks to meet operational deadlines and customer
expectations
Track and update order status, proactively resolving any issues or delays
Perform inventory analysis to support stock accuracy, demand planning, and
replenishment decisions
Collaborate with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory in ERP systems
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
One to two years of experience as logistics/inventory coordinator – an advantage
Good understanding of logistic and system processes
Bachelor's degree in related fields – advantaged
Fluent in English – written and verbal
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Experience working in an international company – an advantage
