We're looking for a strong Senior Fullstack Developer to join a flagship digital-transformation program at a leading Israeli bank. In this role, you'll design, specify, and develop backend (.NET Core) and frontend (React) components of complex, distributed systems, working in an on-prem containerized environment and making smart use of AI tools throughout development.

Design, specify, and develop backend (.NET Core) and frontend (React) components of complex, distributed systems.
Help drive a software architecture that meets high standards of performance, scalability, and information security.
Design and integrate internal and external REST APIs.
Build event-driven architecture, including the system's messaging backbone.
Work in an on-prem containerized environment, making smart use of AI tools – including Claude Code – as part of your daily development workflow.

Requirements:
Extensive hands-on software development experience
Deep backend development experience with .NET Core.
Solid production experience building frontends in React.
Proven experience building – and deeply understanding – microservices / distributed-systems architectures.
Extensive experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Strong process thinking: complex workflows, data processing, multi-threading.
Hands-on experience with Kafka (event streaming / message broker) and Redis (caching / in-memory data store).
Experience in OpenShift / Kubernetes environments.
Hands-on experience working with Claude Code (or a similar AI coding assistant) as part of your everyday development workflow.
Personal skills: a broad system view with the ability to dive into details; high independence and end-to-end ownership; strong problem-solving in complex technologies and architectures.
