As Part Of Your Role, You Will:
Architect, design, and develop highly available, distributed systems and APIs at the core of our platform.
Lead solutions for the business application platform layer with robustness, security, and monitoring in mind.
Become a company-wide focal point for identity, access, and account-management knowledge.
Lead by example, mentor peers, and ensure high standards of code quality.
Work with product managers and business partners to frame problems within the business and product context.
10+ years of strong back-end capabilities while working on a cloud-based, microservice architecture.
Proven engineering leadership in designing backend solutions across distributed services.
Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects.
Experience with web technologies, and familiarity with scale, latency, and security concerns.
Expertise in high-scale, distributed cloud architectures.
Experience working in AI-Driven Development, preferably SDD.
Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes.
Experience building large-scale infrastructure applications or similar experience.
Profound experience working with databases.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar.
Solid programming experience in Ruby and Go – Advantage.
Advantage: Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, and permission models.
