Responsibilities
Expand and refine our visual identity across campaigns, web, and customer communications.
Design high-quality marketing assets including websites, landing pages, decks, reports, case studies, events, videos, and digital campaigns.
Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling experiences.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful, effective, and consistent design across channels.
Create and maintain scalable visual systems, brand guidelines, and motion language, including the usage of AI tools and workstreams.
Oversee external creative vendors to ensure high-quality execution aligned with our brand standards and guidelines.
Lead our website design infrastructure, from information architecture and navigation to building new pages.
Work collaboratively with marketing, including content, demand gen, event marketing, product marketing and other stakeholders to gather information, understand KPIs, and strategize for optimal results.
4+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS (experience in healthcare is a strong plus).
Expertise in Figma – Must.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and After Effects, with experience in motion graphics, animation, or illustration to add dynamic storytelling to brand materials.
Experience using AI design tools.
Exceptional portfolio showcasing creative branding, digital marketing projects, and excellent web design skills.
Exceptional visual craft with a refined sense of typography, layout, hierarchy, strong design judgment, and strict attention to details.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
A bachelors degree in art or design – an advantage.
