Role summary:
Glilot, Israel
Hybrid
Full-time
The PM on an AI-native team is a business owner in the fullest sense. They own the problem space, the customer, the data, the roadmap, the communication, and the outcome.
AI tools remove the operational overhead that previously prevented PMs from operating at this level.
This is a demanding profile. The PM needs to be experienced enough to exercise judgment under ambiguity, commercially minded enough to connect product decisions directly to business outcomes, and technically literate enough to work alongside engineers without becoming a bottleneck.
The three things that matter most: judgment, bias for action, and creativity. AI fluency is table stakes.
What youll do
Own the full product lifecycle for your area – discovery, definition, delivery, and post-launch learning – end-to-end, without waiting for handoffs.
Develop deep customer understanding. Spend real time with users. Bring customer insight into every prioritization decision.
Run and interpret your own data – Define goals and KPIs, monitor and measures impact, and make decisions based on evidence youve constructed yourself.
Define and manage experiments with statistical rigor. Own the hypothesis, the design, and the interpretation of results.
Orchestrate AI agents and tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution. Use them to eliminate low-value work, not to replace thinking.
Communicate decisions clearly and proactively. Stakeholders should always know what the team is doing and why – without needing to ask.
Be a part of a learning organization. Share what you and your team learn across the organization. Treat cross-pollination as a core part of the job.
Operate in a high autonomy environment. Work with a high sense of ownership. Know when to move independently and when to bring others in.
6+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning business outcomes, not just shipping features.
Commercially minded, users focused. You think in terms of business impact through solving real users' problems. Product decisions connect directly to metrics that matter.
Strong analytical instincts. You work directly with data – building queries, interpreting results, making the call.
High agency. You move without being pushed. You identify what needs to happen and make it happen.
Technically fluent. You understand how systems work well enough to have substantive conversations with engineers and make trade-offs.
AI-native. You use AI tools as a core part of how you work – research, synthesis, prototyping, analysis. This is not optional for this role.
Incredible communicator. You write and speak with precision. You know how to tailor context for different audiences.
Curious and honest. You ask hard questions, including of your own assumptions. You share what you learn, including what did not work.
Great to work with – You're a team player, eager to learn as youre eager to teach. Youre creative, passionate, flexible, and humble.
