we are looking for a Financial ERP Implementation Specialist for a meaningful role that includes providing professional financial guidance throughout the implementation of a financial system within the organization – from the design and implementation phases through go-live and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities
* Provide professional financial guidance throughout the implementation of a financial ERP system within the organization.
* Translate financial and business processes into functional system requirements.
* Work closely with vendors, implementation partners, and business users.
* Define business needs, characterize financial modules, and review deliverables.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders within the Finance department.
* After go-live, serve as the professional point of contact for the vendor and business users for ongoing system maintenance and support.

* Relevant academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related financial field – mandatory.
* Experience in implementing or supporting the implementation of financial modules in ERP systems – mandatory.
* Experience from insurance companies – a significant advantage.
* Deep understanding of financial and accounting processes – mandatory.
* Experience working with vendors and implementation partners – a significant advantage.
* Experience working with leading ERP systems – an advantage.
* Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements.
* Technological orientation, openness to advanced tools, and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
