Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
Set high coding standards and ensure best practices are followed across the backend team.
Lead the design, architecture, and scaling up of the group solution
Be a tech mentor for developers in the group.

Requirements:
B.Sc in Computer Science.
5 years experience in hands-on development (or 4 years with one year as Tech Lead).
Proficiency in OOP.
Strong experience / deep understanding of microservices architecture.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative spirit and a mentor mindset.
Strong logical reasoning and the ability to thrive under shifting priorities.
Experience with AI use and implementation in the day-to-day work.
Bonus Points:
Experience in C# .NET.
Knowledge in Azure cloud services.
Experience in SQL and/or MongoDB.
