we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer.
What You'll Do:
– Take full ownership of end-to-end development of key features in identity and access management.
– Work with cutting-edge AI to enhance development and security workflows.
– Drive technical excellence and help shape the architecture of our platform.
– Collaborate with a small but strong team of 4 developers and a team lead, contributing your expertise and leadership to raise the technical bar.
– Optimize and scale authentication and authorization systems with OAuth, JWT, SAML, WebAuthn, and more.
– Build and optimize services using NestJS (Node.js), TypeScript, and AWS.
– Take ownership of complex challenges, working both independently and within the team.

– A highly skilled Backend Developer with 6+ years of experience, specializing in NestJS, Node.js and working in high-scale production environments.
– Deeply passionate about writing clean, efficient, and scalable code leveraging AI tools.
– A problem solver who loves working with AI and using it to boost productivity.
– Experienced in designing and implementing complex distributed systems.
– Comfortable leading technical decisions and mentoring the team.
– Hands-on with authentication, security, and identity management.
– Experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL, OAuth, JWT, AWS is a strong advantage, and familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.
