B.Sc. in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering Management, or Information Systems. – a must
Hands-on coding experience ( C #, JAVA, Python ).
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, or PDM – astrong advantage.
Experience in customer-facing roles or project management – an advantage.
Background in engineering companies (product or project-based) – an advantage.
