This role has end-to-end responsibility for revenue recognition under ASC 606, quarterly close processes, SEC reporting support, and financial oversight across global operations. The Controller will lead the accounting team, work closely with external auditors and advisors, and provide in-depth financial analysis to senior management and the Audit Committee in a fast-paced, public-company environment.
Requirements:
CPA with 3+ years of post-internship
CPA with 3+ years of post-internship
Big 4 background – Mandatory.
Experience in a public NASDAQ hi-tech company – Mandatory.
Strong ASC 606 expertise – Mandatory.
NetSuite experience – Mandatory.
Payroll / compensation accounting experience – Advantage.
