Key job responsibilities:
-Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
-Lead complex organizational design initiatives and change management programs.
-Drive talent management strategies including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
-Provide strategic consultation on employee relations, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.
-Analyze workforce metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
-Design and implement scalable HR solutions for rapid business growth.
Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
– 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
– Proven experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
– Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of energy.
– -Experience working with high performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments.
– Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
– Willingness and ability to both be hands on with all levels of the organization as well as serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders.
– Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills.
– Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies.
– Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and goals into optimal HR processes that are scalable, simple, customer-focused and adaptable to unique and changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Master's degree in HR, MBA, or related field.
– Global HR experience.
