As a Full Stack Team Lead you will lead a team working on the companys core product and its expansion to support new markets. You will have a major impact across the R&D department, and will be part of its leadership.
Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring engineers, designing & implementing complex architecture, and executing solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security while following best practices.
You will take ownership of features from initial design through architecture planning, implementation, and deployment to production. You will set the bar of excellence for the engineers to follow.

B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in designing robust systems and scalable, complex architectures.
Proven experience driving excellence across the projects youve led.
Proficiency with NodeJS.
Experience in React, Express, NextJS, Typescript.
Experience in relational & non-relational databases.
Deep knowledge of Web application fundamentals such as SSR, CSR, and bundle size optimizations – a plus.
