Responsibilities:
Define technical tasks for development teams (hardware, software, mechanics), supervise development, define, supervise, and perform tests in laboratories and field trials.
Prepare system documentation.
Write technical content for tenders as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering – mandatory.
3 years of experience in a development/system engineering team for RF transmission and reception systems – mandatory (experience as part of an integration/automation/RF team).
Systemic vision (experience working collaboratively with additional development fields related to the main area of expertise), leadership skills, and the ability to work independently – mandatory.
Hands-on experience and ability to work with multiple interfaces simultaneously – development teams (hardware and software), testing teams, project managers – mandatory.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously – mandatory.
Ability to obtain a civilian security clearance at the confidential level – mandatory.
Active civilian security clearance – a significant advantage.
Experience in the cellular field – an advantage.
Significant advantage for graduates of IDF technological units and the Ministry of Defense.
