abra is seeking a Dynamics CRM System Analyst & Project Manager to lead an enterprise CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role combines full project lifecycle ownership with deep system analysis in a complex business environment.
* Lead CRM projects from initiation through analysis, development, testing, and deployment
* Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and propose system-level solutions
* Prepare High-Level & Detailed Design documents, including functional specs, integrations, and ERD diagrams
* Work closely with business stakeholders to collect, refine, and prioritize requirements
* Manage development and QA workflows, ensuring progress, timelines, and deliverables
* Drive projects independently and take full ownership

Requirements:
* 3+ years preparing complex High-Level & Detailed Design documentation in Dynamics CRM 365
* Experience managing technology projects
* Strong technical understanding of Dynamics 365 (entities, processes, integrations, limitations)
* High independence, accountability, and end-to-end ownership
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
* Experience in large organizations with multiple processes and interfaces
* Advantage: experience in financial services / insurance / long-term savings
* Advantage: academic degree or Systems Analysis course
