In this role, you will own the quality of our platform end-to-end: identifying defects, validating functionality, designing TEST scenarios, and working closely with developers and product managers. This position is ideal for someone who is strong in MANUAL QA but eager to grow into automation. Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing of our web application to ensure features work as intended and deliver a seamless User Experience.
Review requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design effective TEST cases.
Create, maintain, and execute TEST cases, TEST plans, and regression suites. TEST features across multiple browsers and devices to guarantee consistent behavior.
Log detailed, actionable bug reports and track issues through resolution. Work closely with developers during the release cycle to validate fixes and verify quality.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute QA insights to improve product planning. Document testing processes, scenarios, and results to support internal stakeholders. (Growth path)
Collaborate with the engineering team to gradually introduce automated tests and improve TEST coverage.
