You will apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences specifically for transformative AI products.

AI Experience Design: Translate complex AI system capabilities into designs that illustrate simplicity. Visualize ideas effectively and compellingly for internal leaders and partners.
Deliverables: Directly responsible for delivering User Experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes for AI-driven interfaces.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with researchers, product management, and development to ensure AI products meet user needs.
Mentorship: Participate in the Experience Design Community and mentor junior members of the design team.

AI Specialization: Must have experience owning the experience of AI products. Experience designing for GenAI, chat interfaces, or agent-based interactions is required.
Design Skills: Deep knowledge of user experience methods, storytelling, prototyping, and concept visualization.
Customer Focus: Expert knowledge in driving and applying user-centered design processes.
Education: Four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field.
