abra SAP department is seeking for a CRM Systems Analyst. We are looking for a skilled CRM Systems Analyst to analyze, design, and define business and system requirements for CRM solutions, with a strong focus on SAP CRM environments. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, close collaboration with implementation teams, and hands-on involvement in customer-facing projects. A full-time, hybrid position, based in Raanana, Israel.
?Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and define functional and business requirements for SAP CRM systems.
* Work closely with SAP CRM implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Lead requirement-gathering and system design processes with internal stakeholders and customers
* Manage and support CRM -related projects in collaboration with customers, ensuring alignment with business needs
* Translate business processes into clear functional specifications, with strong attention to detail

* Familiarity with other CRM systems such as salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
