Responsibilities
Provide strong artistic guidance and mentorship to a world-class team of designers and animators. Foster their professional growth and cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning that aligns with our signature artistic vision.
Develop and write the artistic requirement for our playable ads, analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and player data, ensuring briefs are data-informed and strategically sound.
Drive creative ideation using traditional graphic tools and AI to generate a wide array of visual concepts, mockups, and storyboards, enabling rapid exploration and iteration of new ideas.
Providing constructive feedback on creative assets, guiding the team on aesthetic and engagement improvements.
Oversee teams of top-tier in-house and freelance artists across all media types, ensuring that all playable ads visuals, from concept to final execution, meet and elevate Moon Actives distinguished quality standards.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and self-motivation to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration across the company.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience leading a team of artists within a mobile game studio.
Demonstrated experience in leading mobile game projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard graphic and 3D tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or equivalent, with a demonstrated ability to incorporate these tools effectively throughout the creative pipeline.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative ideation, mockup generation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar), and workflow optimization. A strong understanding of how to effectively prompt and guide AI to achieve desired artistic outcomes.
A solid understanding of casual mobile games mechanics, UX & UI, animation, color theory, composition, typography, and diverse graphic styles.
The ability to research, recommend, direct, and manage appropriate vendors and freelance artists.
The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting evolving deadlines and priorities.
