What You Will Do:
Conduct a full audit of internal operations, job roles, and workflows across the company.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or repetitive/manual tasks that can be automated with AI.
Evaluate and implement AI tools (e.g., copilots, chatbots, workflow automation, NLP, generative AI, data analysis models).
Build and pilot internal AI use cases (e.g., automatic ticket triage, content generation, lead enrichment, meeting summarization, QA testing automation).
Collaborate with security and IT to ensure tools are secure and compliant with company standards.
Drive change management and onboard teams to AI-enhanced workflows.
Measure impact: cost savings, time-to-execution improvement, productivity gains.
Stay ahead of the curve with developments in AI tooling and assess new technologies continuously.
Proven experience implementing AI/automation solutions in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities (LLMs, NLP, ML pipelines, RPA).
Technical proficiency: ability to prototype solutions with Python, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools.
Experience working cross-functionally with business units and tech teams.
Strategic thinker with ability to balance quick wins and long-term impact.
Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Prior experience in a cybersecurity, SaaS, or scale-up company advantage.
