Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to onboard new team members and continuously improve the skills and knowledge of existing team members.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop and refine strategies for lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales activities.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align efforts and drive overall business success.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and insights to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making at both the team and organizational levels.
