X-ray Physicist
location: Petah Tikva
Responsibilities:
Develop X-ray Imaging Techniques:
Participate in Research and design innovative X-ray imaging techniques for medical applications. Optimize imaging protocols to achieve high-resolution and accurate results. Design and Construct X-ray Equipment: Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and build X-ray systems tailored for specific applications. Ensure that the equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements (60601- radiation standards).
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Design and perform Quality Assurance tests on X-ray equipment to verify functionality and accuracy. Address any technical issues related to imaging systems. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with radiologists, engineers, and other medical professionals to understand clinical needs and translate them into technical
requirements. Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress effectively to interdisciplinary teams.

Masters degree in physics. A Ph.D. in physics advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in X-ray physics principles and imaging technologies. Experience with reconstruction algorithms used in tomosynthesis.
Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex imaging challenges. Ability to interpret results accurately and optimize imaging parameters.
