Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers and QA engineers to ship, test, and optimize quickly.
Design System & CMS: Maintain and evolve the sites design system and CMS for scalability, structure, and stability.
Integrations & Tools: Manage web tools, QA automation tools, and third-party/API integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, Chili Piper, etc.).
Performance & Reliability: Own site reliability and performancemonitor production, troubleshoot, and solve scaling challenges proactively.

B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven success in B2B SaaS web development and marketing funnel optimization.
Technical Skills: Expert in WordPress, React, Java Script, Modern CSS, with strong knowledge of integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, Chili Piper, or similar).
Infrastructure Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with marketing web infrastructure: Cloudflare, caching, CDN configuration, and optimization.
Analytics & SEO: Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and conversion optimization.
Project Management: Proven experience managing sprints and workflows in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
UX & Problem-Solving: Deep understanding of UX principles, with the ability to identify and implement technical solutions to business and user challenges.
