Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a marketing plan aligned with ESRA's strategic growth objectives.
– Support fundraising initiatives led and managed by the ESRA Fundraising Committee.
– Upgrade ESRA digital assets to be more user-friendly and efficient.
– Improve internal and external communications.
– Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
– Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
– Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as newsletters, presentations, and promotional items.
